The Perfect Day in Uptown Collinsville

Good coffee. Italian flavor. A few finds you didn’t know you needed.

Bring your appetite and your treasure-hunting eye. This seven-stop Main Street route brings together coffee, local makers, Italian favorites, vintage browsing, and something sweet along the way. It’s a day for food lovers, thrifters, antique hunters, and anyone who likes getting to know a town through its small businesses.

Make it a Saturday

Start with coffee in the morning, reach Quintons after it opens at 10, and make Spirito’s your lunch stop before its 3 p.m. Saturday close. Leave room to browse at Casa, and reach the final shop, Re-Find Relics, before its 5 p.m. closing. Saturday is the better fit for this route; Quintons reserves Sundays for private events.

Hours and seasonal schedules can change. Check each business before heading out.

Vinnie’s personal pick is the off-menu Dirty Banana Chai. Ask whether they can make one when you visit.

Donna Green has given Uptown a sweet place to gather, with frozen custard, homemade cookies, and room to stay awhile.
